After discussing the important details of your event, a deposit of 50% will be required to confirm your booking.

All major debit/credit cards are accepted

You may book up to 12 weeks in advance. All bookings must have a 3 day notice.

Additional charges may apply for bookings within 72 hours of requested day.

Picnics may be set up in public parks and private residences, both indoor and outdoor. All public parks are welcome as long as no permits are required to set up.

Location must have enough flat ground and space for tables to be safely set up.

All picnics booked at public parks must follow city guidelines. Picnics must be reserved within park hours.

9am - Sunset (with no additional charges)

All picnics starting after the sun has set will come with a $80 fee.

Picnics By Joly can provide a lighted set up including tea lights, battery operated candles and string lights for an additional $20 charge.

Any adjustments can be requested up to 24 hours in advance. Note that these requested accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

30 minute block - $35

1 hour block $60

Extending your reservation prior to your event will be accommodated. Requesting an extension the day of your event cannot be guaranteed.

Weather is closely monitored for all picnics. With the weather being unpredictable on any occasion, there are two options offered. Lets reschedule you for a later date OR move your picnic indoors.

Cancellations - All cancellations must be done no less than 48 hours prior to your reservation to have deposit refunded. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior, deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling - Reschedule your picnic at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.

Exceptions are bad weather or emergencies.
